  2. screen not detected with 10.1 M2 Win

    I updated my system from 10.1 M1 to 10.1 M2 (Win10, Plugable UD6950 USB3 dual 4K, BenQ 3440x1440) and the monitor was not longer detected, even after rebooting PC+dock.
    Fortunatly desinstalling M2 and reinstalling M1 solve the issue

  3. Support to

    Suppor of I1 display pro of X-rite on Mac-os Big Sur to make it possible that i can callibrate my two other screens.
    Now this is impossilble. The two other screens are not recognised.

  5. Ubuntu 5.5 beta feedback....

    While I understand that 21.10 is technically unsupported, I thought I'd let you know Beta 5.5 is working great. I can now rearrange my monitors without crashing. System info below.

    OS: Ubuntu 21.10 x86_64
    Host: 81LL IdeaPad L340-17IRH Gaming
    Kernel: 5.13.0-22-generic

    Resolution: 1920x1080, 1920x1080, 1920x1080
    DE: GNOME 40.5

    CPU: Intel i7-9750H (12) @ 2.600GHz
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Mobile / Max-Q
    GPU: Intel CoffeeLake-H GT2 [UHD Graphics 630]

  6. Update documentation for disabling PageFlip on Ubuntu

    The documentation at https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/1181623-displaylink-ubuntu-driver-after-recent-x-upgrades suggests creating a configuration file in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d, however configuration in this directory may be ignored in favor of user-specific config at /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d.   7. Persistent connection in clamshell mode

    When disconnecting (Apple M1) from a DisplayLink dock (Dell D6000) and reconnecting in clamshell mode, external displays are not recognised.

    The laptop screen needs to be opened out of clamshell mode and then closed again for the displays to be recognised. This extra step shouldn't be required.

  8. Wacom display tablet on Android

    Using a DisplayLink dock I have connected a Wacom One Display Tablet to a Google Pixel 3a mobile running Android 12. I have used both the DisplayLink Presenter and Desktop app. The display works however, the stylus input, while recognized, is not calibrated for both portrait and landscape. When using a mouse, the pointer is displayed on the mobile screen but, not the external display.

  9. switch synch rate 30 -> 60

    I found this fixed my issue. The resolution was 4k'is and refresh rate was 30hz. I suspect this is due to limited resources based on my particular hardware setup. In any case switching from 30hz to 60hz also reduced the resolution to half of what it was. This was a win-win in my case as I didn't need/want 4k. I do have a pretty old machine and I am pumping this all through USB3 so probably a resource issue and then the slow refresh confused my considerably, compared to PC, newer HDMI --> TV <-- .   10. Allow selecting which monitor to use when connected to android device

    I have a D3100. My Samsung Android tablet seems to select the first available display among my multiple monitors, which is not always the optimal monitor to use.

  12. Display-link drivers breaks network connection

    Hey guys,

    I'm facing an weird issue while I'm using the model-6950z.

    Somehow my Wi-Fi drivers stops to work =/
    I'm currently using the latest version of the drivers.
    has someone faced this issue?

  13. Icon following macOS Big Sur and later guidelines

    Since macOS Big Sur, Apple recommends a square shape for icons instead of the round shape of previous versions.
    Is it possible to upgrade your icon ?

  14. Displaylink driver for Ubuntu + Nvidia - Support for monitors in portrait

    Vertical monitors with Ubuntu and Displaylink drivers is not well supported. Especially with NVIDIA drivers installed. I am using the current latest version of Tuxedo OS (TUXEDO-OS-2-202305301020).
    Vertical monitors fail to display properly and leave behind a mouse cursor when moving from external monitor to monitor.

  16. macOS: Invert colors on all monitors via DisplayLink Manager

    When using latest macOS (currently 14.1.1) and DisplayLink Manager (currently 1.10) via Anker 563 (would apply to any DL device), it would be nice if when one does 'Invert colors' in macOS as per below, DisplayLink Manager applies this setting to all external monitors. Presently, this functionality only works on the laptop screen only, not any external monitors connected via USB-C to HDMI out.
