I propose adding specific low-latency optimization for certain background applications.
The main problem is that many background services cause unpredictable stability issues, even when the DisplayLink driver is working perfectly. I suggest adding specific low-latency optimization for certain background applications to ensure completely smooth operation on all displays. To be honest, I have only found one service that never has stability issues, which really proves that it is possible. This Casino Wildsino guarantees instant payouts, lots of entertainment content, games, slots, and you can even top up your account with cryptocurrency, and it works perfectly regardless of my display configuration. I wish all software had this commitment to stability.

MacBook Performance Concern
I really enjoy using my MacBook — it runs smoothly and handles my daily tasks well. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes the battery drains faster than expected, even when I’m only using a few basic apps. It’s not a major issue, but it would be great if this could be improved in a future update. Has anyone else experienced this, or knows what might be causing it? Thanks in advance

Question About MacBook Display Behavior
My MacBook works wonderfully overall, but I’ve noticed something odd. When I connect it to my external monitor, the scaling sometimes looks a bit off and certain apps don’t fit the screen perfectly. It’s not a big issue since everything still functions well, but it would be great if this could be improved in a future update. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a fix on the way? Wishing you all the best!

Question About My MacBook Experience
Hi! I really enjoy using my MacBook — it performs smoothly and handles my daily tasks well. One thing I’m curious about, though: when I connect it to my external display, the scaling sometimes looks a bit off, leaving small borders around the screen. It’s not a huge issue, but it would be amazing if this could be optimized in a future update. Just wanted to share this observation. Wishing you all the best

Thinking About Port Hope Rehab — Anyone Been There?
Hey everyone,
I’m currently looking into different treatment options and stumbled across port hope rehab. On paper it looks like a solid place, but I know real experiences matter way more than whatever is written in brochures.Has anyone here actually been there or knows someone who has?
I’m curious about what the atmosphere is like, whether the staff feels supportive, and if the program genuinely helps people stay on track long-term.Any honest insights would be super helpful. Thanks!

Ontario apostille in 2025 – still only at Official Documents Services in Toronto?
Moving to Germany and need my Ontario birth certificate apostilled. Is the old address on Jarvis Street still the only place, or did they move the office?

I came across this one — https://sensibo.com/
— and it looks pretty decent at first glance, but I’m not sure what to expect in real life.Has anyone here actually used something like this? Did it really improve your day-to-day comfort or is it just another “nice to have” gadget?

Add Per-Monitor Color Calibration and Gamma Controls in DisplayLink Manager
I would like to request the addition of per-monitor color adjustment controls within the DisplayLink Manager software. Many users work with multiple monitors—often from different brands—and notice mismatched brightness, gamma, or color temperature when using DisplayLink adapters.
Details / Reasons for the Request:
Currently, users rely on built-in monitor menus, which are often limited, inconsistent, or difficult to configure precisely.
Some monitors connected through DisplayLink cannot be calibrated properly due to hardware limitations.
Adding software-side controls for:
Brightness
Contrast
Gamma
Color temperature
RGB gain/balance
would greatly improve multi-monitor color consistency.
This feature would be especially valuable for designers, video editors,…

Please Add an Option to Disable or Customize the DisplayLink On-Screen Display (OSD)
I would like to request a new feature regarding the on-screen display (OSD) messages that appear when connecting or disconnecting DisplayLink devices. These pop-ups can be distracting, especially during presentations, screen recordings, or when switching between workspaces.
Details / Concerns:
Could you please add an option in the DisplayLink Manager to disable the OSD notifications entirely?
Alternatively, the ability to customize the OSD (position, transparency, duration, or size) would be extremely helpful.
Many users find the current OSD intrusive, and having control over it would significantly improve the user experience.
This feature would benefit professionals who require a clean visual…

I think the honeymoon phase has ended. The issues I'm having with my Mac Mini M4
Hey guys!
First of all, I have to say I love the performance of my base model Mac Mini M4. It’s fast, takes up minimal space on my desk, and runs Adobe apps better than any Windows machine I’ve ever had — even those with 32GB of RAM.
But I’m having some issues that are driving me nuts.
First, my monitors: I have a 144Hz monitor that only works at 60Hz — if I try 144Hz, it keeps flashing on and off. I’ve tried different cables (HDMI to DisplayPort, 8K HDMI, etc.), but no luck. My second monitor is connected…1 vote -

issue on my MacOS device
I'm having an issue on my MacOS device and could use some help. My system has recently become slow, especially when launching apps or switching between windows. I’ve already tried restarting and closing background programs, but the problem persists. What steps should I take to diagnose and fix this performance issue on MacOS? Block Blast

Is there a way to decompress DisplayLink data on another device?
I would love to be able to forward raw DisplayLink data to another device (running a host OS like Linux/Windows) and decode that data on the device for a live PiP sort-of display. This could enable devices that allow hosting other devices' displays on one single master device. I am a hobbyist looking to create a proof-of-concept device that allows me to control another device from mine. (Focusing on high-ish performance and not using existing tech like Wireless transmission, or other non-native solutions) DisplayLink seems like a perfect candidate currently, since the data is compressed and forwarded to a SoC…

Can DisplayLink add per-monitor color calibration support?
I’m wondering: Is it possible for future DisplayLink wheelie life drivers to support per-monitor color calibration (ICC profiles) so each DisplayLink-connected screen can use its own accurate color profile?

DisplayLink dock
Hi everyone, I’ve been using a DisplayLink dock daily as part of a mixed workflow where I switch between a lightweight laptop for travel and a more permanent dual-monitor setup at home, and while the system works reliably overall, I’ve noticed a couple of areas where it could evolve to fit real-world use even better. In my case, I bounce between coding, video calls, and occasional gaming, and each activity needs a different combination of refresh rates, resolutions, and monitor arrangements, but every time I reconnect, I end up manually fixing orientations, scaling, and performance settings. I’d love to see…

Issue with DisplayLink on Windows 11 – External Monitor Not Detected
I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 11 and have been using a DisplayLink docking station to connect multiple monitors. Everything worked fine on Windows 10, but now one of my external monitors is not being detected at all.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Reinstalled the latest DisplayLink driver from the official space waves website
Updated Windows 11 to the latest cumulative update
Checked all cables and connections (HDMI & USB-C)
Restarted the docking station and laptop multiple times
The monitor still shows “No Signal,” while other connected monitors via the same dock work fine.
Has anyone else experienced…

Need Help: Screen Flickering Error with Windows 11 and Docking Station
I am having an annoying issue with the external monitor randomly flickering when using a DisplayLink splitter.
This happens intermittently but more frequently when I have resource-intensive applications open or I am screen sharing via Zoom.
The second external monitor (or both external monitors block blast) occasionally flickers (turns off and on for 1-2 seconds) and then automatically recovers. The frequency is 5-10 times per hour.
Usually occurs when the CPU/GPU is under heavy load or when performing graphics tasks.1 vote
