  1. Fix Autostart DisplayLink Manager

I tried to apply the setting for autostart for macOS, it didn't work: https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/1964953-enabling-disabling-displaylink-manager-autostart-v

I had to apply a configuration profile in Jamf with a Login Items and Managed Login Items payloads to get this to work. In the Login Items i added: /Applications/DisplayLink Manager.app/ and in Managed Login Items i added the Team Identifier: 73YQY62QM3

Please fix the issue or updated your documentation for how to officially enable and disable autostart.

  2. Ethernet Android OTG

I know the on board Nic doesn't work with Android. I will tell you however that if you use an OTG Android Nic and plug it into the USB port it works fine. I wonder if that will help with allowing the on board to work. Is it that it's not an OTG supported Nic. If so how could we change that?

  4. Have you migrated from macOS to Linux?

Hey I've been using a Macbook from my employer for a few years and I had many ups and downs moments with macOS. I find the standard applications really good like mail, calendar, and keynote. The performance of the M series CPU has no equal, specially for notebooks Geometry Vibes. But at the same time I'm a developer and being on Linux is also so good, the window management, being able to use Docker without a VM, and so on.

I'm wondering if you have migrated to Linux from macOS or the other way, and how you're feeling with…

  6. Play Geometry Dash Online for Free

The visual style of geometry dash is bold and geometric, relying on sharp lines, glowing accents, and synchronized animations. Backgrounds pulse and shift in time with the music, adding intensity to already demanding gameplay. Despite its minimal shapes, the aesthetic feels vibrant and energetic. Color transitions and lighting effects heighten immersion, making each level feel alive with motion.

  7. Enhancement Request: Improved rendering for "Overlay" windows in IDEs (Visual Studio/VAX)

    Hi Team,

I’ve been using a DisplayLink-enabled dock for my development workstation for several months now. Overall, the stability is impressive. However, I’ve noticed a specific behavior when using Visual Studio alongside Visual Assist (Whole Tomato).

The Issue: When DisplayLink is driving multiple high-resolution displays, the "Quick Info" tooltips and "Member List" dropdowns (standard UI overlays in IDEs) occasionally exhibit a slight flicker or a 100ms delay in rendering compared to the main code editor window. This seems to be related to how the Desktop Window Manager (DWM) handles transparency on non-primary displays connected via USB.

    Suggested Improvement:

    Optimization for…

  10. Need Help: Screen Flickering Error with Windows 11 and Docking Station

I am having an annoying issue with the external monitor randomly flickering when using a DisplayLink splitter.

This happens intermittently but more frequently when I have resource-intensive applications open or I am screen sharing via Zoom.

The second external monitor (or both external monitors block blast) occasionally flickers (turns off and on for 1-2 seconds) and then automatically recovers. The frequency is 5-10 times per hour.
Usually occurs when the CPU/GPU is under heavy load or when performing graphics tasks.

  11. Add new controls

Please add Display Controls, specifically Brightness and Contrast adjustments, for Windows 8.1 and above. Incorporating these features into the current DisplayLink taskbar application will significantly enhance user experience. By allowing users to easily adjust brightness and contrast directly from the taskbar, we can improve accessibility and provide greater control over display settings. This enhancement will not only streamline the process for users but also ensure that they can optimize their visual experience based on their preferences and needs. Thank you for considering the implementation of these valuable controls!

  13. Аchieving frontend excellence

The demand for high-performance web applications has reached an all-time high, as users now expect instantaneous interactions and sleek, mobile-responsive interfaces. For many growing brands, the challenge lies in maintaining a clean codebase while rapidly deploying new features to stay ahead of the competition. Building such complex systems requires a deep mastery of component-based architecture and state management. When your internal team needs to scale their output without compromising on code quality, the most strategic move is to hire react js developers at DigitalSuits , to bring expert-level proficiency to your project. 14. Ubuntu driver 5.3.1 bug

You should correct the Ubuntu driver to create the support frame buffer /dev/fb1
In the last version 5.3.1 installed in Ubuntu 20.04 it's not created.
Without the /dev/fb1 is not possible to set up a multihead system with loginctl.

  15. Update DisplayLink Driver for macOS to launch automatically and hidden

    Hello,

We are finding that the autostart script is not bulletproof. Having this scripted along with our installation in JAMF is successful however if the automatic startup checkbox is accidentally unchecked by the user it will no longer be enabled for automatic startup. The humanscale dock is unusable unless the DisplayLink Manager is launched.

  16. DisplayLink v5.2.1 , macOS 10.14.6, MacBook Pro 13,3. Memory leak in WindowServer

I am using 1 DisplayLink screen, 3 other external screens (2 HDMI, 1 mini DisplayPort) and the internal laptop screen. I have noticed that over time, the WindowsServer process's memory use slowly creeps up, unless the user logs out and logs in again (restarting the window server) Sleeping the Mac does not prevent this. Eventually, the Mac reports that it is "Out of Application memory" and the computer must be rebooted. This only seems to happen if I use the DisplayLink screen.
This is a relatively recent change. I've been using DisplayLink for many OS X/macOS releases and think that…

  18. Hotkeys for screen rotation and other display functions

Enable hotkeys for screen rotation (and other display functions). Other drivers use ctrl-alt-left and ctrl-alt-up (etc) to rotate the current screen, this should be available for DisplayLink as well. Phones and tablets have set the bar with seamless screen rotation, DisplayLink should support as near to this experience as possible.

  19. Geometry Dash Lite vs. Geometry Dash Full Version: What’s Different?

In Geometry Dash Lite, customization options are limited, with only a few icons and colors available. The full version expands this significantly, offering more ways to personalize your cube, ship, and other forms. It also introduces a level editor, daily challenges, achievements, and user-created levels, which greatly extend replayability.

  20. Request: Better Multi-Monitor Stability and GPU Resource Management for DisplayLink on Windows 11

I’ve been using DisplayLink docks for a while to manage multiple external monitors on Windows 11, and overall, the experience has been great — Granny Game smooth setup, reliable performance, and minimal latency. However, I’ve recently noticed some intermittent stability issues when running high GPU-demanding tasks such as video editing or 3D rendering.

Occasionally, one or more external displays flicker or temporarily disconnect, especially when switching between GPU-intensive applications. It seems related to how DisplayLink interacts with Windows graphics scheduling or power management.

Would it be possible for future DisplayLink driver updates to optimize GPU resource allocation and improve…
