Connecting via Cat6 instead of USB3
Would be nice to rackmount a few of my PCs in the garage and just gave displaylink devices on the desks kinda like dumb terminals. 3m USB 3 cable limit doesnt allow for this. Maybe its possible with usb extenders. But to get the hot and loud gaming PC's out of the rooms will be a win.

I like this idea however need to work with hardware venders to make the hardware to use the fastest Ethernet conection to support 1gbps or a 10gbps between the display adapter of the computer and the display screen being used in another room. Would like to see this as a 1-2 port Ethernet set up this way video and/or sound is on one cable and usb acesserys can be carried over the other Ethernet port.
