        I've renamed the idea to something more meaningful. I have also removed the shouting and the dramatic wrongful direct causality effect. Not having TLS does not mean you get a malware.
        Let's stay factual please rather than building up unhelpful alarmist accusations.

        I agree, by not having https support Display Link is promoting the proliferation of malware and harming our security due to laziness. There is no way to verify the integrity of data because the connection is not authenticated.

        Fix your website. Install a TLS cert so users can download drivers without getting infected with malware.
