   Currently, it feels like the driver prioritizes video frame rates over static image clarity. I’m proposing a "High-Fidelity Mode" specifically for digital storytelling and desktop publishing (DTP).

   If the DisplayLink Manager could allow us to sacrifice refresh rates (which we don't need for static layouts) in exchange for zero compression artifacts on 4K displays, it would be a game changer. For children’s book illustrators and authors who use docks to expand their workstations, we need to know that what we see on the screen is a 1:1 representation of the print-ready file.

5. I've heard great things about Shipixy for shipping electronics, and I'd consider using it if I ever need to send my DisplayLink

   Hi everyone,

   I've been using DisplayLink docks for my remote work setup, and I think better built-in diagnostics would make troubleshooting much easier. Sometimes it's hard to tell whether the issue is with the dock, the cable, or the software.

9. An strange display in Windows 11 Pro 12.1.2684.0

   Hello

   For usage with both my laptop and desktop Windows 11 Pro 64s, I recently purchased a Kensington SD3600.
   I did a clean install of displaylink 12.1.2684.0, which means I removed the old driver, used the clean tool, and then installed.
   I connect the monitor to the SD3600's HDMI port, the laptop works well, the PC first has a few bios beeps loading up, then goes to a black screen, which I guess is stuck on my lock screen, then I input my password and after a few attempts, I get in. When the screen is presented on the task bar, I try to run Chrome, but nothing happens; nonetheless, Opera launches successfully. Apps like Windows Settings do not load from the task bar; if I try to open a setting through the Windows menu, it does not load; nevertheless, if you linger over the taskbar icon, you can see the option I want, but you cannot maximise it.

   I ran the support program and checked the logs to see if anyone knew how to read them. My BIOS is up to date for my ASUS prime z490 p.

   If somebody could lead me in the right place, that would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm am looking for a type c to c display cable/hub with displaylink functionality and inline power transfer (optional). I would prefer a type c out instead of hdmi or dp as there are already many type c adapters for this, but there don't seem to be type c out display option out there. Even in the use case needing type c to hdmi out, I would rather have it separate as these adapters are then available to be used elsewhere as necessary.
