Hey everyone,
I’ve been experimenting with portable setups lately and was wondering — has anyone successfully used DisplayLink on a Steam Deck (or similar handheld PCs like the ROG Ally or Ayaneo)? I'm curious if it's stable enough to run multiple external monitors via USB-C when docked.A few questions to get the ball rolling:
1. Did the DisplayLink drivers install properly on SteamOS or did you have to switch to Windows?

Last version of DP Presenter for Android (4.2.x) is sluggish!!
Version 4.0.x worked fine, even if resolution was limited. The new version is sluggish as hell (I am using a 3840x2160 monitor, but I don't care about hi-res, I want a usable experience).

Are there any new SystemDisplay modules or macOS APIs that could be conflicting with DisplayLink Manager after the update?
After updating to macOS Sequoia 15.4.x on a MacBook Pro (Apple Silicon), the DisplayLink adapter used in the docking station starts normally and both monitors are detected, but after ~30–90 seconds of operation, the secondary monitor loses signal ("No Monitor Snow Rider") even though DisplayLink Manager is still running. Unplugging and replugging the cable sometimes restores the signal, but only for a short time. This behavior is repeatable on two different docking/adapter models. Are there any new SystemDisplay modules or macOS APIs that could be conflicting with DisplayLink Manager after the update?
