  1. Integrate memory of arrangement of separate spaces for different displays

    At the moment after unplugging external displays then reconnecting them the locations of different multiple spaces on the different displays are mix up and jumbled. In other words it seems display link does not remember which applications and which spaces were assigned to which display once the monitors are disconnected. Thereby needing to rearrange and reorganize all spaces everytime you disconnect from you external displays.

  2. macOS: Invert colors on all monitors via DisplayLink Manager

    When using latest macOS (currently 14.1.1) and DisplayLink Manager (currently 1.10) via Anker 563 (would apply to any DL device), it would be nice if when one does 'Invert colors' in macOS as per below, DisplayLink Manager applies this setting to all external monitors. Presently, this functionality only works on the laptop screen only, not any external monitors connected via USB-C to HDMI out.

  5. Fix the issue with playing protected content instead of advising people to disconnect their dock to watch streaming services.

    Recommending people disconnect their dock in order to watch protected content is untenable in 2023; this is effectively telling people that their dock is worthless if they use their Mac for personal use (and some professional use). Please fix this capability - or at the very least publish a warning that this incompatibility exists as you do with the M1/M2 chip issues.

  7. Close out old tickets in this feature suggestion portal; merge duplicates

    There seem to be some old open requests from previous years that are still open. It'd be great to see those archived so folks can focus their votes/points on valid entries.

    Dsplaylink app on android suggerencies.

    -that it could be forced to change the resolution to 720p or 1080p and/or hz when you project the screen to the tv. As it would help users who don't have much performance on their phone for apps or FPS games.

  9. Night shift and True tone on macOs

    I think it's a big miss not to have Night shift and True tone.
    For those who have an external monitor without a brightness sensor or want the same colors as the internal monitor.
    Working at night is difficult without this feature.

    Please add support for these functions for MacOs

    Hola soy usuario de Android,mucha gente de celular XIAOMI o teléfonos sin MHL buscan el Wavelink USB 3.0 para jugar y ver en su monitor el juego,(les sugiero que agregen en un producto o en la aplicación los 120 Hertz para celulares actuales)

  12. Displaylink driver for Ubuntu + Nvidia - Support for monitors in portrait

    Vertical monitors with Ubuntu and Displaylink drivers is not well supported. Especially with NVIDIA drivers installed. I am using the current latest version of Tuxedo OS (TUXEDO-OS-2-202305301020).
    Vertical monitors fail to display properly and leave behind a mouse cursor when moving from external monitor to monitor.

  14. Add Network detection like Kensington DockWorks

    Please add network settings to Display-Link Software, so that Kensington DockWorks functionality is available for all Docking Stations:

    • disable WiFi when connecting to a Docking Station with Ethernet Connection
    • Passthrough MAC-Adress from the WiFi-Adpter to the Eth-Adapter in the Dock, so that the same IP-Adress can be used and all network cennections don't need to be reconfigured
    • Enable WiFi again when Dock is disconnected

  15. Publish DisplayLink Android app in the Sunmi App store

    Sunmi has it's own app store (https://www.sunmi.com/en-US/appstore/) with lot's of apps. The sunmi devices have a wide range of business devices (point of sale, signature).

    It would be great, if there is a official DisplayLink available. Currently there is only a unfficial app available and not available for all devices.

  17. CPU priority of Displaylink's driver process should be set Higher

    Whatever [DisplayLinkManager.exe] or [WUDFHost.exe], when the driver starts it should be set the priority at least to [Above normal], it is really helpful for fixing the laggy problem. Now I only can do it maunally.

  18. matlab on Mac won't boot up if I use display link dock station

    Matlab stuck on the initial page and freeze, unless I unplug the station and re-open Matlab. Basically if station is plugged in then Matlab won't boot up.

  19. Enable Driver update Automatically even when a dock is not connected.

    I manage a large Windows 10 client environment. We like to keep drivers up to date. When i connect to a displaylink (DL) dock i want the latest driver already there. This is not how it works today in my understanding.
    Today when a pc makes connection to a DL dock the driver is enabled and if windows update happens to come along and check for updates it will update your DL Driver. assuming there a newer driver available and driver updates is enabled.

    What if i didn't need to wait for windows update. Why can't have a scheduled task…

  20. Icon following macOS Big Sur and later guidelines

    Since macOS Big Sur, Apple recommends a square shape for icons instead of the round shape of previous versions.
