    This is on the backlog of Linux work, but is possible to be addressed by the community.

    It is possible the issue could be fixed with changes to the EVDI driver, which is an open source component available on github here:

    https://github.com/DisplayLink/evdi

    After updating from Ubuntu 25.10 (Kubuntu) to Kubuntu 26.04 LTS my Displaylink driver no longer works, neither do my monitors, obviously.

    I'm hoping it won't take to long to update the DisplayLink driver to 26.04 as Ubuntu 25.10 will soon be out of date and not receive new updates.
