Based on this submission, you can best see the company's approach to its users. The problem covers an absolutely basic function of the platform and yet no one responds. This type of constraint should be resolved as P1 and all other work should be abandoned before such a problem is resolved. My $7k computer setup with a station for another $350 does not support scaling the interface to 2560x1440! This whole situation is an unsavory joke and the DisplayLink team doesn't even deign to respond to the pleas of users.
You should be ashamed of yourself as a company and privately as a person because the work you do is of little value if you abandon user supportive tool even works.
