Hi all,
I face the same issue than you.
Here is my setup:
I connect my M1 MBP to a
- a first LG 27UL850 via usb C -> works well at 1440p for example
- a second LG 27UL850 via a startech display port dual 4K 60Hz adaptater -> same issue. Only 1080p or tiny 4K resolution available.
But I was wondering: has anyone tried to use an adaptater display port -> USB-C or display port -> HDMI between the startech output and the screen input ?
Besides, @tom said earlier : it seems that the M1 can't perform sub integer scaling.
But isn't it exactly what it does for my first screen which is directly connected to my Mac ?
Thank you for your insight on that matter.
