1. MacOS BigSur - M1 support: works great, but it would be really helpful to have the "looks like 2560x1440" option available for 4K resolution

   I uninstalled the 1.4 DisplayLink Manager App, installed this 1.5 Beta, and rebooted. I am still not seeing the additional resolutions in display preferences on my M1 MacBook Pro.
