    I have 2 monitors (MateView Huawei) with 3840x2560… and I bought yesterday the Ugreen hub for Dual monitor support.

    It’s really important for all of us to use the 100% of the resolution. It’s frustrating to have to stay in 8840x2160,

    I didn’t think that a critical issue like this could exist, and also that it has been years and there’s not an answer for this yet?

    I was so excited for the hub… now I’m really disappointed.

    Please, we need a fix, or let us manually assign the desired resolution.
