Add support for 3840 x 2560 resolution
I am using two Huawei MateView monitors in dualsetup under macOS Monterey and need support for their 3840 x 2560 (1920 x 1280 HiDPI) resolution.

This seems to be a critical issue that DisplayLink avid users of 3:2 monitors would like to see resolved first and foremost.

Is there any support for 3840 x 2560 resolution yet?
Also I'm using 2x Huawei MateView in 4:3 ratio

Same issue here; two Huwaei 4k+ monitors. I would very much have the option to choose 3840 x 2560 resolution.

I am using Anker 563 USB-C Docking Station.
この製品でソフトウェアアップデートでmateview3840 x 2560 への対応予定はありますか?
対応していただきたいです!!! -

4k support is essential. I am already using the screen at 2560x1440, which is not that good or useful, since the screen does not look sharp, but with text and images blurred

Hello Will, the Targus DSU300 is advertised by Targus as a dual HD product, not 4K. There will not be a software update capable of changing this.

i recently Updated to the new Mac Studio m1 ultrapro- extreme, or perhaos the supernatural ultra m1 ...i get them all confused, but its the top tier that supposedly is for mostly professional needs to support multiple screens with high 4k res. and run multiple demanding application all simultaneously. * (i state this not to boast , instead only to mention so far it crashes the Logic PRO music production suite running alone,,,not even combined with Final Cut or similar apps required to match score to timeing and seconds in movie reel.. ?? who to trust these days?) so i hoped others who rely on truth from manufacturers can help? Apple states this mac should easily handle up to 6 displays at 4k. um no. BUT i must plead ignorance as welI knowing i am not giftdd in this technology setup/. i still use the DSU 300us-60 (targus) dock from the former 2020 m1 macmini, and this display link docking systym then outright showed apple wrong at best as i had 5 hif def and 2, 4k montiors working perfectly. Now i cannot support but one OLED screen flatscreen for image to follow the composition to scenes and timecade, along with a ultrawide (usual 21:9 film aspect ratio ) LG monitor. both 4k and up. I wont get greedy , but i do need at least one other 4k min. diplay, as the others are dormant in storage until i can find help. . My desperation is growing so i anyone may help advise.....Should i use no dock, ,,or should i update the firmaware to current version and keep the old faithful DSU300-60 (targus) docking station i used formerly, still on the old firmware , , not heh newer 1.7 i thk it is/?. so, i am on DISPLAYLINK MANAGER 1.4.0 (Build 57.120), i see the firmware updates i missed somehow, if updated thi lder docking staion , will it support the OLED display i rely on for scoring films accurately? and i admit , as i ask, i feel ...even more shameful...how do i update this model ? if possible at all? ANY help is HIGHLY APrecciated!!~~. I admit I am not gifted in the world of comperter literacy

Support for higher resolution monitors like e.g. 4K+ (3840 x 2560) and related 3:2 ratio monitors is very important for us (higher productivity than with regular 16:9 monitors).

I'm forced to display in a lower resolution now and i have 2 black borders, if i scale down further text becomes blurry. This feature would be a godsend!

Trying to run the same setup here at the office, only able to scale a lower resolution which makes it look not that great.
