   Same issue
   With macOS 15.4.1~15.5
   DisplayLink keeps on quitting with the following error :

   "Your screens have been stopped by the system
   This can happen if the hard disk space is low.
   Please free up some space and re-enable the screens using switches in
   Displays tab."

   The Mac has plenty of room, the error IS NOT related to lack of storage
