   Same or similar issue on Sequoia 15.3.2

   Within MacOS display settings, I have the menu bar on "monitor-1".

   Upon reconnection it consistently swaps apps between "built-in" and "monitor-2".

   The workaround is to connect > disconnect > connect, which gets my apps back like they were.
