    I can just about guarantee that if this were to happen DisplayLink would start getting adopted much more heavily. Until this happens I probably won't be buying or suggesting DisplayLink devices.

  2. Ubuntu drivers eating a lot of CPU. Not always but at least 50% of the times

    This is on the backlog of Linux work, but is possible to be addressed by the community.

    It is possible the issue could be fixed with changes to the EVDI driver, which is an open source component available on github here:
