  1. My DisplayLink Manager 1.50 is preventing my Notification alerts from showing on the desktop. Is there a fix for this? 1.6?

    It's because Monterey now thinks we're mirroring or sharing the display. A workaround is to allow notifications "When mirroring of sharing the display" as described in this thread: https://www.displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?p=92823

    I believe it has something to do with how DisplayLink mounts the displays and I suspect a fix for this would mean a lot of refactoring. I would be surprised if DisplayLink fixes this issue anytime soon. They will probably just wait for a new macOS version to arrive and hope for the best.
