   I also have the same issue

   How to reproduce:
   - Two DVI display monitors plugged into device
   - USB-C to laptop
   - Move mouse cursor rapidly between monitor #1 and monitor #2
   - DisplayLinkManager will consume 50%
   - Attempted USB devices on the laptop itself, same issue.

   System Information:
   Description: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
   Release: 18.04
   Version: ThinkPad T480s
   SKU Number: LENOVO_MT_20L7_BU_Think_FM_ThinkPad T480s
   DisplayLinkManager 5.2
