   I'm running Kubuntu 24.04 and I have the same problem. I couldn't even finish a voice call over nextcloud talk. Voice and video lags are so big that I had to unplug the dock. Even using simple peripherals like a moving a USB mouse lets the displaylinkmana process jump to more than 100% CPU usage.
