I had a similar issue with my Mac mini and DisplayLink — the monitors stayed black until after login. What fixed it for me was reinstalling DisplayLink Manager, re-enabling Screen Recording permissions, and making sure the Login Screen extension was fully approved in Privacy & Security. Also try connecting one monitor directly to rule out the dock.
