    I've seen similar flickering issues on multi-monitor setups especially during heavy GPU tasks, so you're definitely not alone. Better GPU resource management in future updates will really improve stability on Windows 11. Hopefully improvements will start soon — tools like Delta Executor also help improve system operations in the meantime.

    You can try restarting in safe mode and check if a new app is causing the problem. Also update your mouse driver or system settings to fix the lag. Some people also use tools like Delta Executor https://delta-executor.com.br/
    to manage system tasks and keep things running smoothly.
