It is incredible that in 4 years this is not yet FIXED/Implemented. Just incredible!
I am having the same issues using this https://satechi.net/products/triple-4k-display-docking-station product with two 2K monitors and for about an year now, I am hunting changes and DisplayLink updates with the hope that this "laggy" annoying thing will be fixed, but it seems that there is a complete ignorance.
I don't get how the business is going with this. I simply don't get it!
This lag affects (as I have seen on o a lot of forums and web sites) a lot of people using these DisplayLink drivers.
Further more on this: Because of the BAD DRIVERS, people are returning the products to the manufactures or sellers telling the device is defective, but is actually the DRIVER which is BAD.
...at the end:
This is not a suggestion, this is a MUST FIX situation and..
Maybe you should start reading, listen, take care of your customers and have START working in fixing it and regain reputation.
