DisplayLinkManager process spikes up to >100% CPU when mouse is moving or while typing. DisplayLinkManager process spikes up to >100% CPU when mouse is moving or while typing.
Animating video on the screen (youtube) has no effect, but moving the mouse or typing causes the process to really cook the CPU.
