   8.1 release has started to bring improvements, 8.2 continued to build on this.

   I posted the last comment. I am using an aoc e1649fwu with an asus computer for my business. I followed the troubleshooting hints for mouse pointer latency with no effect: all drivers are up to date. On Thursday morning I also noticed (with the mouse pointer latency) that the DisplayLink icon had disappeared. On reinstalled the latest DisplayLink driver with no effect.

   I had been using the DisplayLink driver successfully as an extended desktop for months now with Windows 10. On Wednesday night, Microsoft did a massive Windows 10 update. Thursday morning, I found out that there was now mouse pointer lag and it was intolerable. I can no longer use my extended desktop. I have no time for this, just fix it asap.
