DisplayLink Problem in Windows 11: No External Monitor Found
I recently updated my laptop to Windows 11, and I've been connecting numerous displays with a DisplayLink docking station. On Windows 10, everything was operating smoothly, but now one of my external monitors is completely unrecognized.
What I've attempted so far is as follows:
updated the DisplayLink driver from the official Space Waves 2 website until it was installed again.
installed the most recent cumulative update for Windows 11.
examined all of the wires and USB-C and HDMI connectors.
restarted the laptop and docking station several times.
While other monitors attached to the same dock function properly, the monitor continues to display "No Signal."
Does anyone else have this problem with Windows 11's DisplayLink? Do I have to revert to an earlier driver version, or is there a known workaround? Any suggestions?
