phone number
How about you including a phone number so we can call you?
Telephone technical support is offered by the device manufacturers. DisplayLink is unable to offer telephone support and instead offers support through forums and emails.
I must highlight that in most cases for DisplayLink driver investigation, telephone support would NOT be helpful as log file analysis and/or consultation with engineering are necessary. Similarly, remote desktop or other remote control tool would not be more helpful as we would not see what is actually on the screen itself.

My name is kathy 650-302-8627, I wonder if I can use the USB-C adapter connected monito as my primary display, because I work with o this mother board in the lab, and it does not have vga or dvi connector. So will this automatically works as my initial primary display after power up, no BIOS setting changes needed? Because it does not have any other monitor.

Hi, We are using two kinds of dock station at Toyota Material Handling Netherlands, Dell D6000 and Lenovo ThinkPad_Hybrid_USB-C_With_USB-A. For the first one we have installed DisplayLink driver and when we install de driver for the second one then it shows in add\remove features of Windows 10 just one name as DisplayLink, my question to you is if the driver of these two dock stations is both DisplayLink and the same.

My hd television image froze when playing a video simultaneously using Display Link from a website so, could a malware have downloaded on my computer to cause that symptom?

Guys, this is a little bit amateur hour isn't it?? A good portion of your target market uses Apple and with the High Sierra updates, they are now severely disadvantaged while they wait for you to fix the driver issues re compatibility with your products. I started this process on the 3rd April (When i did my Update) so over a month now of not being able to use the product i bought and no measurable indication as to how long it will take to fix on your website (if at all). No support contact team to provide a solution or assure your customers either. Is the money saved on the HR required to staff a support department worth the business you will loose from these frequent mistakes through poor planning?
So....what are my options you ask? Well I could return your product for a refund as business goes on and I need to use the device for the purpose it was bought (That need doesn't actually disappear when you are unable to provide the solution). Im a sole trader so you loose 1 sale and my future business...not a big deal right? Imagine if I was a business with 10,000 employees and your product is my primary go to? Result: Product Return - Impact to revenue (Current and ongoing) and resultant poor brand recognition. Now do the math and multiply that across all of your distributers world wide and all of their accounts. Result: Impact to Industry Partner relationships (There is always a competing product that can do the job if you can't)....need I go on?
Please put better structure around your product development, provide your customers support (Off shore it if you're that tight) and start operating like you know what you are doing! Back to basics please!!
As for remote access....I just spent 3 hours on the phone to Apple who can remote log in and see all three screens...so maybe look into that one too....

without a way to get support on the enterprise level, I'll have to recommend we discontinue use of your products and go to someone who can offer a solution when needed

When I duplicate Monitors from Laptop & TV... The TV will not expand; which leaves black boarder. If I was using like it was two monitors that I can drag to each screen, it is totally expanded on the TV.
