DisplayLink support for Windows PE

DisplayLink software is not supported and cannot be installed on Windows PE. However it is possible to install the Ethernet driver under Windows PE. 

The Ethernet driver (dlcdcncm.inf) from this directory will be required: 

C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\Drivers

 This driver can be installed under Windows PE with the command:

 drvload dlcdcncm.inf
