Only one resolution is available for use when an Apple Cinema Display is connected to a DisplayLink device. This is because all Apple displays from the ADC ones onwards don't have an onboard scaler and thus support only the native resolution.

This is a limitation of the hardware of the Apple Cinema Displays, and a known issue, which we shall try to resolve in a future release.
