Where can I buy replacement blades for discontinued lawn mowers?
I have an old Black & Decker lawn mower that I bought on Marketplace last year. It works fine, but last week the blade broke when I hit a rock, and I'm looking for a replacement. I can't find a suitable blade. Can you tell me where to find one? For reference, the model is MM850.

Dealing with older or discontinued hardware can be a real headache when things wear out. Last weekend, I spent hours trying to find matching parts for my old trimmer, and every forum page just pointed to dead ends or outdated links. It reminds me of researching consumer disputes on https://lush-lawn.pissedconsumer.com/review.html where people share similar frustrations over finding reliable service components. Sometimes vintage gear forces DIY fixes!

Original blades are really hard to find these days. For your MM850, I'd search by the OEM blade number at https://udcparts.com/products/udc-parts-038-0005-00-high-lift-mulching-blades-54-inch-3-pack-fits-bad-boy-mz-magnum-54-czt-5400 removing the old blade and measuring its length, width, thickness, and bore shape. This will significantly increase your chances of finding a compatible replacement here, even if the original part is no longer in production.
