Errors when updating to Mac OS sequoia
Avoid updating to the new OS sequoia
Suddenly my external monitor is experiencing latency and some stuttering.
Am I the only one experiencing this?
I have a macbook pro M1 base model.

Absolutely, I would recommend using mockups https://www.speakrj.com/how-television-commercials-benefit-from-mockups/ for TV commercials, especially in the planning and pitching phase. They’re a fantastic way to visualize how everything will come together before you spend time and money on full-scale production. For instance, you can map out camera angles, scene transitions, and product placements to see what flows naturally. It helps align the creative team, directors, and clients early on. Even simple animatics or rough storyboard videos can communicate tone and pacing effectively, which is essential for broadcast work. It’s not just about visuals either—mockups can help clarify the emotional narrative and timing. I’ve found that mockups make feedback loops more efficient and creative collaboration more focused.

Yes, mockups are incredibly valuable for TV spots. They help translate a script into something tangible, which is essential when dealing with stakeholders who may not be as visual or conceptual as creative professionals. I’ve used mockups in everything from 15-second promos to full 60-second commercials, and it’s made a huge difference. You can test how the music, voiceover, and visuals interact in real time. It’s a powerful way to identify pacing issues or storytelling gaps early. Mockups also allow for flexibility—you can make fast changes without reshoots, which saves budget and time. I think of them as a creative blueprint. Once approved, the actual shoot becomes much more efficient because everyone knows what the goal is.

I’m working on a new TV commercial concept, and I’ve heard people mention using mockups during the early stages. I’m curious—would you personally use mockups for a TV commercial? What are the advantages of doing so? I’ve mostly worked on digital ads and social campaigns, so I’m wondering if this approach is common or helpful in the world of broadcast. Any thoughts or experiences would be great to hear!

Many platforms now offer forums, group chats, and social media integrations where users can share tips, discuss strategies, and follow expert predictions. This interactive approach makes betting more engaging and allows bettors to make more informed decisions based on collective insights.

Macbook air M1 having the same issue as JW - Cursor moving weird on macOS Sequoia 15.2 (external display). Works fine on native screen, though. Moving the pointer straight to the right, also makes it go upwards every 200 pixels. And it goes down when moving to the left

I have 2 people that have noticed latency as well. While only being plugged into the DisplayLink Dock. We updated the driver and it helped, but we are still having issues with it.
