Update DisplayLink Driver for M1 MacBook to auto start upon a restart.

When DisplayLink is running on my MacBook Pro M1 (running 2 external monitors) all works well! However, when I restart my MacBook Pro, I have to unplug my Dell D6000 dock and replug it in to "kick on" the DisplayLink driver for the two external monitors to boot up and display the screen.

    I have it connected to my pluuggble switch but is flickers on and off of my M1 MacBook Air 2020
