Work to provide RHEL/CentOS native compatibility
Every employee in the modern corporate environment has a laptop.
On each laptop are displaylink drivers to support the docks at workstations (for 2 to 6 monitors).
All of those workstations run windows, but they don't have to - they could run RHEL or CentOS instead, if there was a displaylink driver available.
Please work to create and support a displaylink driver for RHEL/CentOS. You would bring joy to many developers and engineers working from both home and office.
As the displays are relevant for only the workstations, creating it only for the latest version and not back-porting (RHEL/CentOS 8) is likely very acceptable
This idea has been posted before, i'm re-posting it in a less angry manner.

I had the same considerations but found for RHEL/CentOS:
https://github.com/displaylink-rpm/displaylink-rpm
and some links to RPM-file for installing Displaylink on the OS
