Support rotation on M1 Macs
Update to enable rotation to work correctly on M1 Macs.

DisplayLink Manager 1.6 or newer (https://synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads/macos) on macOS 12 Monterey now enables display rotation on Apple M1 computers (details in https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/1984314 )
For issues with this new functionality, please reach out to Technical-Enquiries@Synaptics.com so the team can investigate through a technical support ticket.

This feature is very important to me, would appreciate a solution even if its a beta version.

always evasive answers regarding rotation support, it's the most requested feature again and nothing, it's been 1 year and nothing.

@DL Team
Is there a beta for this? The drivers and Mac Drivers page has been down (504) for a while. -

I have been waiting for this feature since I bought M1 MacBook Air in September 2020. Extremely disappointed.

rotation should be an absolute essential by now. How this feature is not supported yet is beyond me...

I would also appreciate an update or invite to beta for this feature.

Hi, Displaylink has saved me and the use of a double external monitor on M1, but I really need the vertical orientation for my kind of work. It would be greatly appreciated if you could add it. Thank you.

WAKE UP, WAKE UP, WAKE UP - this feature should be a priority - Wake up DisplayLink and listen to your users

Any news on an ETA for this feature on M1 Macs? Monterey is nearly out in the time you have been working towards this.

I was very excited when I saw the 1.5 Beta today... until I noticed there is no rotation fix for M1 :/

@songminyoon can you please merge this with the other feature request which has way more votes so that DisplayLink understands the urgency around this feature?

It is absolutely absurd that this feature is not included already. Give us an ETA on when this basic requirement for many will be implemented. Stop leaving us in the dark. This is the second most commented Feature suggestion (cant believe we have to even suggest this) and theres no status on it. The M1 have been out for over a year - you guys are slacking big time. This is unacceptable.

Just got a personal M1 MBP to replace my dying Intel one. Still have another Intel work one and my external monitors setup with the Asus Zenscreen rotated - it's a pain having to disconnect that when switching to my personal laptop because rotation is supported on the Intel laptop but not the M1 one.
As others have said, please at least offer some info as to an ETA for a fix or some insight as to why what appears to be pretty trivial a feature to add is apparently not.
