DisplayLink is still not working in MacOS 10.15.1
I was reading all open threads in the forum, and I can see different behaviors. In my case, I cannot use my external monitors, after upgrading my system to Catalina. Beta 3 driver is not working, and when I tried to clean cache system is getting hung after restart.

I use a "Cable Matters Dual Monitor USB C Hub (USB C Dock) mit 2X 4K DP, 2X USB 2.0, Ethernet, und 60W Aufladen für Windows - Thunderbolt 3 Port kompatibel"-Dock. It did work fine. Yesterday hat my update to macos 10.15.4 and it sotpped working. Monitor detects no signal and from time to time macos crashes. I've installed the latest driver for macos and the kernel extension is loaded ... What can i do?
Netork and usb a working fine.
Doesnt' work on MacOS 10.15.3 either - black screens
Is there a way to load the kext via Terminal? Doesn't seem to load the kext and I've tried reinstalling a couple of times.

After installing Mac OSX Catalina 10.15.2 (19C57) Display Link was not working anymore. Even charging my MacBook Pro was not possible.
Tried the latest Alpha driver "DisplayLink Manager 0.1.21.pkg". Nothing changed.
Is it possible to get the latest Beta driver for testing?
I installed the driver for 10.15.1 and allowed the App Store download as well as DisplayLink recording in the system preference but still no extension of this software showing up in the list after couple of restarts. It's disappointing. The external monitor only lit up once plugged in and then totally dark without function. Though it was on sale, it's still close to 200 bucks. And I can't even re-install the software because it shows "the newer version already installed!" I can't uninstall or delete the application, either! What a mess! I'm not here to just complain but really want to get some help to get it work. Thanks in advance.

me too, no way to work !
still something is not right,
every time when I unplug and plug again my D6000 it does not work, mac screen is shaking, eternal devices does not work. Only SCM reset helps, but as you know it takes some time..
I uninstalled beta 3 and installed beta 2, bit still not working. It seems that DisplayLinkUserAgent doesn't even start.
I had this same issue when I updated to Beta 3. Revert to Beta 2 and the issue should be resolved for Mac OS 10.15.1. Whatever they did in Beta 3 breaks it.
