Add support for Ubuntu 16.10

This needs fixing for DisplayLink to be a reliable and serious option for external display support.
Ubuntu 16.10 is supported by release 1.2.65 onwards, available from our website here:

I'm running ubuntu 16.10, with gnome 3.20 as DE . the external monitor keeps disappearing from the list of devices and I'm not able to use it at all. Sometimes it happen to stay there ( like exactly now ) but the performance are realy low. everything's lagging on the external monitor. Before upgrading (from ubuntu 16.04, still gnome flavour) it was working perfectly
